FAQ

Questions we get asked

Answers to what businesses usually want to know before working with us. If something is missing, just ask.

Working together

How an engagement starts and what to expect.

How does an engagement start?

We begin with an analysis of your account, your numbers and your market, so we know what is already working before we suggest changing anything. From there you get a proposal covering channels, budget and what we expect to achieve. Once you approve it, we set up campaigns, tracking and any landing pages that are needed.

How quickly will campaigns be live?

The first campaigns usually go live within a couple of weeks of approval, depending on how quickly we get access and materials. Building reliable data takes longer than launching. Expect a few weeks of gathering before we start making structural decisions rather than small adjustments.

Do you work with existing campaigns or start over?

Usually we build on what is there. Existing campaigns carry history that platforms use, and throwing that away sets you back. We audit what you have, keep what performs and rebuild the parts that hold you back.

Can we start with one service instead of everything?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with a single channel or with a specific problem, such as tracking that does not add up. If it makes more sense to expand later, we will say so rather than sell you a full programme upfront.

Who will we actually be speaking to?

The specialist who works in your account. We are a team of more than ten people, and the person building your campaigns is the person at the table when we discuss them.

About Regiosus

Who you are dealing with.

You run your own campaigns as well?

We do. Alongside the agency work we operate our own mobile content services across games, health, fitness and streaming. It means we spend our own budget in competitive categories, and what we learn there goes straight into the accounts we manage for clients.

Where are you based, and does location matter?

We work from Palma de Mallorca and support clients worldwide. Almost everything happens online, across time zones. If you are nearby, you are welcome to visit by appointment.

What languages do you work in?

Our day to day working language is English. Get in touch if you need something else and we will let you know what we can cover.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly. We would rather answer it properly than have you guess from a page like this one.
